She offers a compassionate, safe, and confidential environment for you to share your difficulties and to work together on the things you would like to change.Alice is experienced in psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Schema therapy, and Trauma-focused therapy.Her special interests and areas of experience include trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, self-esteem, and sleep issues.Alice is a full member of the NZ College of Clinical Psychologists.
