Privately paid therapy offers several significant advantages that can lead to better, more personalised care and long-term mental health improvements. Southern Alps Psychology has private providers available who can provide private therapy sessions.. The cost for these services can be negotiated by each provider but starts at $120 + GST per session and up to $220 + GST per session depending on qualifications and experience.
